Marcia is accountable for new business development at Barlow Research. With twenty years in banking and experience on both the client and supplier side of marketing research, Marcia is uniquely positioned to match client needs with actionable data. Project Director roles in marketing research agencies honed Marcia's skills in quantitative and qualitative research design, analysis and reporting. In her 18 year career at JPMorganChase, Marcia managed Marketing Research portfolios for Large Corporate Treasury Services, Deposit Processing and Continuous Improvement Voice of the Customer units. She then transitioned from measuring customer satisfaction to customer service delivery as Vice President and Client Service Manager in Receivables Operations. In this role, she led an award-winning, national Customer Support Team responsible for client onboarding, problem resolution and quality reporting. Marcia enjoys visiting her Manhattan-based children and road trips to the shore and the mountains with her husband Andy.
