2020 has been a tumultuous year for all. How did middle market companies ($10MM-<$500MM in sales) weather? In 2Q2020 at the peak of the pandemic, business confidence bottomed out. By the beginning of the third quarter when many states began lifting their restrictions, businesses saw customer demand slowly returning. As a result, businesses are expecting increased sales and are bolstering optimism about the future.

As we discover what the new normal looks like, it is important to understand the impact of the pandemic on the health and operations of these businesses, how the pandemic has changed interactions with their bank and the types of support they are looking for from their bank as we continue to move through the COVID recovery period.

Matthew Elliott from Bank of America will join the webcast, sharing the experiences of Account Officers on the front line during the pandemic and the vision for the year ahead in the middle market banking sector.
