Adam is the Digital Business Banking Program Director at Barlow Research. He is responsible for the strategic development, reporting and client engagement of the annual syndicated Digital Business Banking report and Test Drive, as well as various digitally focused custom studies. Adam has led a wide array of research initiatives focused on UX and competitive intelligence in areas such as digital product applications, digital payments and mobile banking for business customers.
Adam graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout, where he earned both a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In his free time, Adam enjoys golfing, playing the guitar, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.
