Sarah Lindstrom is President and Head of Business Banking at Citizens. Under her leadership, the Business Banking team brings comprehensive advice and solutions to help small businesses operate at every stage of their journey. Lindstrom joined Citizens in August 2017 from Santander. She’s held several leadership roles, including Head of Retail Network Transformation & Branch Operations and Retail Banking Director for the Greater Boston region, before becoming Head of Business Banking in 2021.
Lindstrom is part of Citizens’ Women’s Impact Network and is a member of Citizens’ Executive Leadership Group. Active in the community, she serves on the board for the Boston Children’s Museum and is a frequent volunteer in Massachusetts. Lindstrom is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, finished with honors from CBA’s Executive Banking School in 2021, and now serves as a faculty member for the school.
