Mary Miklethun leads Segment Strategy Coordination and Support for Business Banking. She and her team are responsible for delivering robust data and analytics to drive and monitor growth across all the bank’s small business solutions; developing targeted segment strategies by company size, industry vertical, and supporting the growth of minority and women-owned businesses; and leading cross-segment strategic initiatives. Mary has been with U.S. Bank for 24 years, serving in a variety of product and strategy roles in Corporate Payments and Retail Banking.
Mary serves as a managing advisor to the Twin Cities Metro chapter of the bank’s Women’s Resource Group and is active in her community. She serves as Board Chair for the International Institute of Minnesota, a nonprofit organization that started 100 years ago as a refugee resettlement agency and has grown to offer a host of immigration, college readiness, and career readiness programs to new Americans. She also plays the viola in the Civic Orchestra of Minneapolis and serves on its board of directors.
