Ryan is the Chief Customer Officer at Monit, a Boston-based fintech that help banks better serve with their small and medium-sized business clients with insights and analytics.

Before his leap into fintech, Ryan spent 18 years in financial services in Strategy, Product, and Revenue leadership roles. Most recently he was the SVP and Head of Strategy at City National Bank out of Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, he worked in Phoenix, London, New York and San Francisco within EY’s Financial Service Advisory practice and American Express.
