Russell Fearing is a Global Managing Director at Fidelity Information Services (FIS Global). He has overall responsibility for serving 3 top banking relationships in the Unites States from a sales and delivery perspective.

Prior to joining FIS Global in October 2018, he was and Industry Client Executive at IBM covering several regional banks. Fearing has been a consistent high performing executive and consultative partner specializing in the Financial Services Sector with over 30 years of experience. His background in Management Consulting, Business Development and Solution Sales is highlighted by his management of both sales, analyst and architect resources for projects at key North American industry clients such as Wells Fargo, TD Ameritrade, Regions, State Street, Nationstar Mortgage and Ameriprise among others.

In addition, Fearing has international sales and delivery experience having worked earlier in his career on projects in England, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Israel, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Germany.

Fearing has a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science (1987) from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He earned Varsity letters in Squash 1984 – 1987, and he has completed graduate work in Capital Markets, Investments, and Accounting at Harvard Extension School.

He lives in Marion, MA with his wife and 3 sons (13, 12 and 12).
