MEDIUM-SIZED REGIONAL BANK LOOKS TO JUDGE BRAND AWARENESS IN THEIR OWN FOOTPRINT AND EXPANSION MARKETS

Problem:

Wanting to determine, and ultimately grow, awareness of their institution among companies in both the states they are currently located in, as well as among companies in several states, one bank uses Barlow to explore expansion opportunities.

Solution:

In order to determine current awareness, this bank engaged Barlow Research in a custom research program. Working with the institution to craft a custom questionnaire that looked into the topics of interest surrounding brand awareness, we determined the appropriate audience for the survey, which included specific geographic, sales size and SIC category characteristics.

Results:

Once the results were shown, this institution was able to know their current usage statistics, as well as their current awareness statistics. The data was to be a baseline measurement that they could use to track against after marketing campaigns implementation.
