How we do it

Methodology

Our time-tested methodology has allowed us to produce an expansive data library, long trend lines and actionable insights on small business banking trends.

Our Small Business Banking Program collects data from companies with $100K-<$10MM in annual sales revenue. Small businesses are surveyed on a quarterly basis, collecting data from approximately 7,000 participants each year. Our data is weighted by geography and sales size to reflect the true size of the small business market.
