Irv Henderson is EVP and Chief Digital Officer for Small Business at U.S. Bank, the fifth-largest commercial bank in the United States. He has responsibility for developing and driving the One U.S. Bank digital strategy and execution for small business customers. Prior to joining the company, Irv was the CEO/Co-founder of talech Inc., a software company focused on providing small business owners with the tools and insights to run their business.

Previously, Irv served as Vice President of Mobile and Connected TV at Yahoo!, and was Vice President of Products at mobile payments startup Obopay. He also served as Director of Mobile Products at InfoSpace Mobile. Irv holds eight U.S. patents in mobile/mobile payments.

Irv lives in Palo Alto, Calif. with his wife and two kids.
